To buy a piece of jewelry, click on "I ORDER" in the product sheet. The shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen will inform you that the product is ready to be ordered and is in the shopping cart. Please note that when you put an item in your shopping cart, it remains available on the site and can be ordered by another customer at any time. After clicking on "order", create your account and let us guide you step by step to indicate your delivery information and then proceed to the payment of the jewel.

All our jewelry is handmade for you, "ON ORDER". This means that it will be created in our workshops within 10 days and then sent to your home for a total period of 4 to 6 weeks. For this, it is necessary to pay the full price of the jewel and to follow the same steps indicated above. No returns will be accepted for custom made jewelry except for product defects.

We offer a VIP service to reduce the delivery time to 2 weeks. This service is offered for 250 € to the customer to contribute to the average cost of shipping and especially to contribute to customs taxes.

The products are offered for sale on the jikaia.com website while stocks last. As the majority of products are made to order, a product may be out of stock if the required stones are temporarily unavailable in the workshop. In case of momentary unavailability of raw materials for an ordered product resulting from a stock update error, the customer will be informed as soon as possible; in this case, the company Jikaia (Gaia Sas) undertakes to reimburse the totality of the costs of your order.
Your order will be considered as valid after confirmation of the bank payment agreement. In case of refusal by the bank, it will be automatically cancelled.
Once the order has been placed and the payment validated by our bank, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will mention the order reference, a summary of the products ordered (description, quantity and price), the total amount of the order including all taxes, the delivery costs* (included for France, but will be specified and charged to the customer for EU deliveries) and the delivery and billing addresses.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@jikaia.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of :
- a dispute with the buyer
- non-payment of a previous order by the buyer
- refusal of payment authorization by the buyer's bank
All our jewelry is available as it is made to order.
We have provisioned and stocked the stones needed to make the jewelry and the 18 carat gold required, so all our jewelry is available/"in stock" unless it says "out of stock", which means that we are in the process of restocking the stones concerned and the raw materials. It is therefore necessary to pay the full price of the jewel and to follow the same steps indicated above. Otherwise, you can regularly check the site to order it as soon as the product concerned reappears in available/"I order".
We wanted to take care of the customs and taxes so that you would not have to pay extra. We therefore wish to group our shipments together for both a financial and a greener approach.
All the jewels are carefully packed in their Jikaia suede pouch, wrapped in a counter-box and accompanied by their invoice and certificate of authenticity.
To avoid any mistake if it is a gift, the invoice can be sent by email and will not be put in the parcel. Just send us an email contact@jikaia.com to let us know and we can also put a special note on it.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed the same day; an order placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the next working day. In order to meet the delivery times, you must ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address information. Orders are shipped from Dubai or Lyon with the purchase invoice specifying the total amount of your purchases in euros, with or without taxes depending on the destination country. All the jewels sent by us are insured whatever the value or the carrier chosen.
Our delivery will be operated by a carrier, DHL or most often FEDEX (especially for international). Shipments can be made by Fedex and DHL from Monday to Friday. Once we have handed over your order to the desired carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the carrier or the customs services of the destination country. For security reasons, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Upon delivery of the product, please check the conformity of the products delivered before signing the delivery note of the carrier. In case of anomaly, please indicate your reservations by email to contact@jikaia.com otherwise we cannot be held responsible. If you are absent when your parcel is delivered, you must contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery: Fedex 0820 12 38 00 or DHL 0825 10 00 80. If you cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to us. We will then offer to reship the products at your expense.

We offer to pay for delivery and part of the customs fees up to a total of 250 € and propose to send you the product in less than two weeks. In spite of the care taken in the realization of our jewels, if you are not satisfied with your order, we commit ourselves to refund or exchange it. The use of the right of withdrawal must be notified by email to contact@jikaia.com or in your customer account in the tab "Return of goods" specifying the desired method of return (refund or exchange).
Any returned jewel must not have been worn and must be returned in its Jikaia pouch & box, with its invoice and certificate of authenticity. Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you. The return costs are at your charge. We advise you to return the product by tracked mail.

The risks associated with this return are at your expense, and we would be grateful if you could provide us with the tracking number of your return by email.
If the product is lost by the carrier during this shipment, you are solely responsible and will not be reimbursed.

All JIKAIA jewelry is made of 18 carat / 750 thousandths gold, the hallmark is present on all gold pieces and certifies their quality.
All JIKAIA jewels are set with white diamonds classified F/G-VS or F/G/-SI (see product details). All precious and semi-precious stones are selected according to the quality criteria of each stone. For all its jewelry, JIKAIA chooses only natural stones that have been carefully selected by experts according to strict quality standards.
Our jewelry is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase on presentation of the invoice. The guarantee covers only manufacturing defects and hidden defects, the repair will be subject to an estimate if it is a damage resulting from misuse.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, accidental events, misuse, natural alterations of the product due to normal wear and tear and changes due to normal use. Likewise, the guarantee will no longer be valid in the event of alteration of the jewel by an external workshop, which reserves the right to refuse to carry out the requested repairs.

It is normal that with use and time, jewelry, whether it is made of yellow gold, rose gold or yellow gold, loses its shine. Natural tarnishing, due to oxidation, is common to all precious alloy products, and disappears with professional cleaning, regardless of the state of oxidation. We advise against any type of personal intervention, especially in the presence of precious stones, diamonds. The restoration of surface treatments such as rhodium plating or burnishing should also be entrusted to a professional. Stones mounted on jewelry are naturally delicate. For this reason, even unintentional shocks could damage or break them. The same applies to thermal shocks. To preserve the brilliance of JIKAIA jewelry, store it in a clean and dry place, away from any source of heat.

If the return of goods is due to a manufacturing defect, it will be at our expense.
Otherwise, the return will be at your expense and responsibility. It is advisable to return them by registered post.
If your jewel was not bought on the e-shop, but from a retailer, please contact directly the shop where the purchase was made.
Jewelry is precious and must be treated with the utmost care.
A few precautions are necessary to preserve their beauty and brilliance.
When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in its JIKAIA pouch to protect it from any shocks or scratches. It is not advisable to store several pieces of jewelry in the same case as they could be scratched by friction and damage the stones.
Be careful! The jewels do not like beauty products, household products, to sleep accompanied, to take their shower, to go to the beach, to make sport or to practice a manual activity.
Your jewelry can be cleaned to intensify its shine: gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush and soapy water, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth or a cold hair dryer.
Our rings are available for sale in a specific size.
Please note that if you need to enlarge or shrink the ring at a jeweler's of your choice, we recommend that you limit the manoeuvre to two sizes from the original size.
For special orders, rings can be made from size 44 to size 58 for products in the women's collection.
To determine your ring size if you don't know it:
Print our ring gauge (make sure you print the ring gauge in 100% scale). You can then :
- place a personal ring on the size circles to determine what size it is on the ring binder.
- cut out the inside of the circles to fit your finger.
Please note that the metric varies from hand to hand.
If you are unsure, we recommend that you take a larger ring size.
Our Constellation bracelets have a standard length that can be adjusted from 14.5cm to 17cm thanks to several rings that can be used to adjust the size (1 cm gap between the rings). It is one size fits all.
Our river bracelets are made to order and require you to know your size. Print out our measuring tape to determine the size of your river. Our recommendation, place your little finger underneath to have a little play but not more.
